Custom Jewelry Making Process

The director of our factory has more than 20 years of experience in the understanding and research of jewelry, and the factory mainly produces middle and high-end K gold jewelry and silver jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, rings and a series of jewelry.

Our factory has a professional and mature production team, but also to undertake custom processing orders from customers according to drawings and samples, the company is mainly equipped with Design (3D modeling), Reverse mold，Casting，Quality Control and other departments, is mainly to undertake independent jewelry designers,jewelry brand managers, retail and private customization, such as niche brand orders, the equipment has a wax injection machine, laser machine, double drum grinder, micro-setting machine and so on.

Our QC, quality control department requires that the details of each product such as gloss, plating and so on should reach the standard set by the company. Each piece of goods through at least five different departments of quality control, strict quality assurance products, compared with the price we pay more attention to quality.

Design 3D jewelry models/Computer drawing

Drawing masters use CAD (computer-aided design) software to digitally render the jewelry, which may take a day to a week, J-CAD is suitable for the production of simple and smooth lines, geometric elements based on the design, it is difficult to produce complex and varied layers of texture, such as flora and fauna such as the vivid image of modeling, it is necessary to use, such as ZBrush (Rhino, 3Dmax, etc.) has a stronger modeling and drawing capabilities of "advanced" software production. 

Modeling drawing function of the "advanced" software production, drawing master according to the hand-drawn design for CAD drawing or Rhino software version, according to the complexity of jewelry fine degree, the general goods need about 3 to 5 days from the card, the card from a good wax model will be printed in 3D.

In addition, all our draftsmen have more than 8 years of working experience, and they can quickly make drafts according to customers' requirements.

Reverse mold，Casting

The wax is poured into a gold mold, and the customization is usually done using the lost wax casting method to make the wax mold into an 18K ring. If it is mass produced, then the wax mold is mass produced by making the front wax plate into a silver plate pressed into a gelatin film. A more delicate polishing is done to trim the overall gold mold shape of the jewelry set.

Casting
 All the molding is done by hand, using special calendars to push back and forth on the surface of the jewelry, which requires the craftsmen's exquisite skills and techniques that have been accumulated over the years, and the professional craftsmen have more than 15 years of experience on average, with exquisite skills to ensure that there will be no delays in the work schedule.

Choosing stone

The diamonds or gemstones are hand-sorted by the receiving and shipping department according to the jewelry design drawings, selecting the appropriate color, cut and size matches, ready for setting.

Inlaid Stone

Setting is an important aspect of jewelry making, as each diamond and gemstone must be set by hand. If the design is simple, the setting is relatively easy, but if the design involves complex techniques or a large number of stones, the difficulty increases exponentially.

(The inlay masters have more than 15 years of experience in the field of inlay, they are skilled and can inlay any piece of goods in the shortest time according to the customer's requirements.)

Plating

After the setting is completed, the metal surface and details need to be polished, and some of the jewelry needs to have the surface electro-golded to make the surface more shiny and bright!

(Polishing masters are also more than  10 years of experience, focusing on handling every detail of the goods.)

Quality control

The finished jewelry is inspected and every detail is analyzed to ensure the success of the production, otherwise it must be returned to the previous process and reworked.
