What is Valuable CZ stone

  CZ is cubic zirconia, CZ means lab-created,which is invented by aerospace experts of the former Soviet Union.It is because the zircon performs the close way to the natural diamonds, so it is still often used to replace natural diamonds in the jewelry market.

  Cubic Zircon is also called “CZ diamond”,or "Soviet diamond",with the birefringence and high dispersion that natural diamonds do not have, which make zircon looks more sparkle than natural diamond, and cause it to have the same adamantine luster as diamond when it is hit by light.The hardness of zircon is between 8.5 and 9 which is similar to the natural ruby and sapphire.

  CZ is a synthetic stone, a silicate mineral, which is the main ore to extract Zirconium. Zircon is widely found in acid igneous rocks, which also occurs in metamorphic rocks and other sediments. The chemical properties of zircon are very stable, so gem-grade zircon can also be found in the gravel of rivers. There are many kinds of zircon, and different zircon comes in different colors, such as black, white, orange, brown, green or colorless and so on. The cut gem-grade zircon is very much like a diamond. Zircon used to be called zircon products.

  At present, people can find various colors of Cubic Zircon on the market, collectively known as colored cubic zirconia. The production of colored cubic zirconia only needs to add a variety of different colorants into the original raw materials. However, it can’t be used the same way to produce the black CZ,but reduce the white zirconium by heating to 2000℃ under vacuum conditions .
